THOR is Fjord Fuzz’s third ever circuit. Daniel Thornhill designed it about 12 years ago when looking for a way to get a gated fuzz without loosing all the bass. He had a real hard time making it safe for work as it would make his ambient house lights flicker in time with his playing. Daniel did eventually manage to tame it and what came out was this thing. It’s like a mk2 tonebender being eaten alive by an analogue sub synth bass.
