This edition includes not only his first published work but also the Rondos Op. 5, Op. 16, and Op. posth. 73 for solo piano. This Urtext edition, edited by David Rowland, is based on Chopin抯 autograph manuscripts as well as first editions published in Poland, France, Germany, and England. It also includes illustrations from the first edition of Op. 1 as well as fingering by Polish pianist Karol Mikuli, a student of Chopin. With a total playing time of approximately 37 minutes, this volume is aimed at advanced pianists.
